Freud's Last Session (12A)

Set at the beginning of the Second World War, two of the greatest minds of the twentieth century meet.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we've had to reschedule our planned screening from 3 July to 7 August.

Oscar winner Anthony Hopkins (The Father) stars alongside Matthew Goode (The Duke) in this dynamic and searching drama based on the acclaimed stage play.

London, September 3rd, 1939: The world is on the brink of war. In his final days, Sigmund Freud (Hopkins), a recent escapee with his daughter from the Nazi regime, receives a visit from formidable Oxford Don C.S. Lewis (Goode), author of The Chronicles of Narnia. Two of the greatest minds of the 20th century, they converge in a monumental and highly personal battle over their belief in the future of mankind and the existence of God.
