‘A Matter of Taste’ is a visual feast which explores the aesthetics of food in a mouth-watering display of paintings, photography and sculpture.
Food can be used to unify, celebrate and entice, evoking memories, smells and tastes. Life’s great meals are unforgettable - delicious home-cooked food shared with those we love is an essential pleasure.
Along with artists’ work, the exhibition will include submissions from the recent Sunday Lunch competition, where the public can vote for their favourite.
Curated by Nancy Mead, a Babylon Young Curator, this exhibition brings together an exciting range of artwork that is accessible and engaging, exploring a universal theme that everyone can relate to.
