The Opening Doors Project is focused on creating opportunities for everyone to get involved in museum activities, from work experience, volunteering and apprenticeships.
Each year, University of Cambridge Museums offers work experience placements for year 10 students from our local schools. The work experience sessions are a week long, and UCM can take on four to six students each week. UCM run three to four of these weeks, although two of these are reserved for their strategic partner schools.
